Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please email withlovejomelle@gmail.com within three days of receiving. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for email inquiries.
We do our best with quality control, but we are human. Once you receive your package, please inspect it right away after opening & contact us via EMAIL within three days of receiving if you have any issues. To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a return/exchange to be processed once received.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. If it has been past 14 calendar days since your order, it is no longer eligible for a refund/exchange.
Lost/Damaged Packages
WithLoveJomelle is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once it has been marked by carrier (USPS or UPS) there will be tracking available via email if you provided email information at the time of purchase. If carrier has lost package, please contact carrier and make a claim with them. We are not responsible for replacing items. If insurance was paid, please contact the insurance provider for the claim.
Order Edits/Cancellations
Our shop does not accept returns, exchanges or edits to orders. Please make sure you take your time at checkout and order sizes you need. Each description has measurements of tees. We cannot add coupons after you have submitted your order. Once your order is placed, it is processed and cannot be cancelled or changed.
